2025 Expedition Tremor Wind/Howling Noise at Hwy Speeds

I am having an issue with a brand new 2025 Expedition Tremor, less than 1000 miles. At speeds above 50MPH I'm getting a rather loud howling/turbulence/sounds like drone. It sounds like it's coming from the front driver side. I've tried using masking tape to tape up the door, hood, windshield with no success trying to pinpoint the issue. I took to the dealer and although they can easily hear the sound Ford is telling them this is normal. They were able to duplicate on another Expedition on the lot. Trust me, it's not normal. It's loud enough to hear it over the phone when talking on CarPlay.

Anyone else having this issue and recommendations on a solution.

I've had mine for almost a year and other than highway noise it's been fine.

I figured out the issue! Now to figure out a solution. I have a 2023 F150 Tremor that has a rubber wind guard around the front tow hooks. The Tremor Expeditions do not have these. I taped a rag over the tow hooks opening and the noise went away. My dealership is going to order F150 covers for me. I may have to modify them a bit but should fix the problem. Look at pictures below.

I have the same issue. Dealer told me it was because the cabin is quieter then previous model. The tires are very noisy also on the 2025 Tremor. I don't eve have 4000 on it yet.

The dealer ordered SL1Z-17E810-AA (Left) and SL1Z-17E810-(BA Right). I installed them because I got tired of waiting on the dealer. Easy to install, not exact fit, the clips don't line up but it's snug and not going anywhere. Sound 100% gone!
