a little pricy but if it fits well it might not be a bad thing.
However below the arm rest is 15" to the floor and 15" between the seats so if you can find one 15"x15"x24" it would fit between the seat like a glove.

Amazon had it on sale for $390 over the weekend, which seemed like a decent deal. Black Friday might bring better prices, but I’m trying to get things lined up for camping season!

That's the ideal way to do it. My parents have an F150 with Pro Power and they keep their Engel in the bed plugged in.I haven't yet. I have a Jackery power station (1070wh) for off the grid traveling.
For the most part I plan to keep it in the bed of the truck and run it using the onboard Pro Power system.
