Curious what you all are running for a portable refrigerator/freezer cooler? It would be great that to have one sitting right between the 2nd row captain chairs.

For the Same Money Engel has several options.

So I went and measured between the seats for a prospective fridge/freezer.
between the arm rests is 9" so not much room.
However below the arm rest is 15" to the floor and 15" between the seats so if you can find one 15"x15"x24" it would fit between the seat like a glove.

A better option would be to just get one for the rear cargo area behind the 3rd row. Plenty of room and there is 12V and 120 inverter power back there.

Perhaps a silly question, but would running a powered cooler have a noticeable impact on temperature around it from the heat exhaust?

My parents have had Engels for years and have never had an issue. They are so well insulated that the compressor runs when it needs to.

That looks like a perfect fit!

I haven't yet. I have a Jackery power station (1070wh) for off the grid traveling.

For the most part I plan to keep it in the bed of the truck and run it using the onboard Pro Power system.

That's the ideal way to do it. My parents have an F150 with Pro Power and they keep their Engel in the bed plugged in.
The Expy has 12V and 120 at the very back so you could keep it plugged in and still keep your 3 rows. There are also built in anchors back there.
