Drive Mode

Only to had our 25 for about a month so lot’s of things to learn with all the electronics especially. One item that has already become a nuisance and have to believe a better way is the drive mode. Seems the default is to set to normal. Every time we start the vehicle it goes to normal. We do a lot of highway so our normal is either eco or offroad. We change when we get in and start but it always reverts. Ideas? I have noticed that when we start a message comes up asking if we want to stay in last mode or return to normal. So far that hasn’t worked and why should I have to answer every time. Three things happen when message comes up, it times out before we can answer, it’s partially blocked with all the other pop ups, like hitting the ok for the other features which seems to need before I can get to moving mouse answer the other question, and lastly on occasion I can get to answer before it times out and say yes to stay in last mode used, it still goes to normal. Ah loving the vehicle but lot’s to learn and customize settings.

While I am asking on the mode setting know you turn to select mode, you can press the middle of it and it turns on an icon showing 4 wheel carriage view like it’s postrac or some other indicator. Can’t find in the book, what is this doing? Thanks!

So the return to drive mode thing is annoying enough that I just disregard it for the most part and leave it on normal.
That being said we just got back from a big trip and so I purposely put it in Eco for all the highway miles. As for the center button on the knob that engages the Elocker.
